Ellen married John de Montalt, son of Robert II de Monhaut , 7th Baron of Monhault, Hereditary Steward of Earl of Chester and Mrs Robert Montalt II, about 1195 in Europe. (John de Montalt was born about 1175 in Hawarden, Flintshire, Wales and died in 1273.)
